Tonight as I try to sleep
My thoughts of you I always keep
The night so dark and empty
Is filled with warmth, when you are with me.
The loneliest feeling that I always get
When I’m without you I always
regret
I’m lost as it may seemed
But once I have you, I picture to kiss you in my dreams.
All I can do now is to wait
To pass this evening of sadness, to end this state
How I dreamt of you sleeping in my arms
Hugging you tightly and protecting you from harm.
Myself I cannot contain
This makes life a bit insane
For without you I have nothing
Because my life began, when I had your loving.
Just this once I got another chance
A love so true which you can glance
It may not be perfect, but it is great!
To have someone like you my darling, life is what we create.
